The Players Development Academy is pleased to offer again a summer camp for ages 8 to 14 boys and girls at the PDA complex in Zarephath, NJ.

The Strikers will be trained in a functional environment, developing their skill set improving individual skills such as, dribbling, shooting, scoring, heading and volleying. The players will focus mainly on the final third of play in the opponents half.

The Goalkeepers will be trained in a functional environment, developing their skill set improving skills such as, footwork, shot stopping, dealing with crosses, reading the game, and distribution. Both groups will come together to put their practice into game situations. Players will rotate around the stations/coaches each day

 

Session Themes

Session 1 - Teaching players power and finesse Finishing Techniques

Session 2 - Finishing of a move, run or turn (coaches choice)

Session 3 - 1v1, 2v1, 2v2, 3v2 to goal

Session 4 - Small group Attack vs Defense

Session 5 - Small Sided Games
